MAURICE – CHAIRMAN
Maurice serves as the Chairman of several businesses spanning from Watersports to multiple Children’s Homes in the UK. Additionally, he dedicates his leisure time to charitable causes, regularly participating in Charity Horse races. Maurice has accomplished an exceptional record of over 55 charity races, raising more than £300,000 for various causes, setting two Guinness World Records. His latest feats include winning the Newmarket Town plate by a remarkable 85 lengths and breaking two 350-year-old records for the most winning distance and fastest time. Maurice has ridden alongside esteemed personalities such as former World footballer of the year Michael Owen and Sheikh Fahad, whom he maintains personal friendships with.

I have been working in the water sports industry for over 10 years, and have a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with my customers. From sales manager to operations manager I dived deep into the intricacies of the business and the best methodologies to improve service.
I worked 3 years as a sales manager , 2 years as operations manager and owned a water sports centre for a year.
I then operated in number of hotels such as Kiroseas Seabreez Sharm El-Sheikh- Egypt, Savoy Sharm El-Sheikh- Egypt, Dreams beach resort Sharm El-Sheikh- Egypt and also few hotels in Dubai such as Anantra the palm Dubai, Dukes the palm Dubai and Royal central the palm and have a proven record of first class service and revolutionary idea of how to improve the operations systems to improve the customers experience.
